Hands of Mercy is an inter-denominational community outreach supported by Hope Assembly of God and several local churches. This ministry provides food, clothing, personal hygiene items, children’s school supplies, and home furnishings for those in need.
Betty Lawrence is the interim director and the ministry is staffed by a number of volunteers from Hope Assembly and the Fayetteville community. At Hands of Mercy we demonstrate our Love for People by sharing the love of Jesus Christ with all who enter.
For I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me; I was in prison and you came to visit me.” Matthew 25:35-36
